Guest Faculty, Management and Economics at IIM Ranchi

About the position

Indian Institute of Management Ranchi invites foreign nationals to apply for International Visiting Faculty (full-time, Guest Faculty) positions. The role covers teaching and research across areas including Economics, Finance and Accounting, Information Systems and Business Analytics, Marketing, Organisation Behavior and Human Resources, Operations Management, and Strategy and Entrepreneurship. The faculty member is expected to stay at IIM Ranchi for at least three months and up to one year. The notice does not state the number of posts or a specific department or PI.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in their respective fields, have an ability to communicate effectively in English, and have a track record of publications.

Fellowship / pay

The International Visiting Faculty Member will be paid the INR equivalent of a sum between USD 1500 to USD 2500 per month (exclusive of any mandatory statutory payments), based on experience and qualifications. The faculty member will be liable to pay any tax contributions for the payment received. Travel health insurance, concessional accommodation and food facilities at the IIM Ranchi campus during the term of stay will be provided. Roundtrip airfare from the nearest airport of the current place of residence to IIM Ranchi will be booked by IIM Ranchi.
