Project Associate (PA), Electronics and Electrical at CSIR-CMERI Durgapur

About the position

CSIR-CMERI Durgapur invites walk-in applications for temporary Project Associate-I and Project Associate-II posts. The posts are in electronics, electrical, mechanical and computer science engineering under various projects. The number of posts is not readable in the notice text.

Eligibility

• Project Associate-I: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical or Production, depending on post code), or Master's in Computer Applications / Computer Science / IT, or Physics / Radio-Physics with Electronics specialization, from a recognized university.
• Project Associate-II: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with 2 years' experience in R&D, or Master's / Integrated Master's in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline.
• Higher pay applies to candidates who qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET including lectureship / assistant professorship, or GATE, or national level examinations by central government departments such as DBT / DST.
• Desirable skills differ by post code.

Fellowship / pay

• Project Associate-I: Rs. 25,000/- or Rs. 31,000/- (NET / GATE qualified). Some posts add HRA.
• Project Associate-II: Rs. 28,000/- or Rs. 35,000/- (NET / GATE qualified). Some posts add HRA.
• Other posts: Rs. 25,000/- or Rs. 25,000/- + HRA.
