Project Associate-I (PA-I), Biofuel Cells and Supercapacitors (DBT Project) at CSIR-AMPRI Bhopal

About the position

CSIR-AMPRI Bhopal invites applications for one Project Associate-I post in a DBT project on self-charging power devices that combine biofuel cells with supercapacitors for a bioenergy-based closed-loop medical system. The project runs up to 31 October 2030. The work is fabrication and testing of self-charging power devices, manuscript drafting and report preparation.

Eligibility

• M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Nanoscience, Material Science, Biotechnology, OR B.E./B.Tech in Materials engineering, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Civil & Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or any equivalent degree.
• Upper age limit: 35 years.
• Desirable: experience in preparing and characterising nanomaterials, electrochemical capacitors, enzymatic/non-enzymatic biofuel cells and wearable devices.

Fellowship / pay

• 31,000 + HRA for those who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET incl. lectureship or GATE, or national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent.
• 25,000 + HRA for others.
