Project Associate-I (PA-I), Mechanical / Materials Engineering (Graphene Additive Manufacturing) at CSIR-AMPRI Bhopal

About the position

CSIR-AMPRI Bhopal invites applications for two Project Associate-I posts under project FTC010603, on additive manufacturing of graphene composites for aerospace and defence applications. The project runs up to 31 March 2028. The work is R&D in metal additive manufacturing on graphene reinforced steel and aluminium alloys.

Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Materials / Metallurgical / Production / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University.
• Upper age limit: 35 years.
• Desirable: proficiency in CAD modelling and component design using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion 360, or similar packages.

Fellowship / pay

• 31,000 + HRA for those who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET incl. lectureship or GATE, or national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent.
• 25,000 + HRA for others.
