Project Associate (PA-II), Computer Science at ICAR-IARI Delhi

About the position

ICAR-IARI, New Delhi is recruiting one Project Associate-II in the Division of Environmental Sciences, under a MoEF&CC funded project on national communications (BTR and FNC) to UNFCCC. The post covers work in computer science, GIS, remote sensing, atmospheric science, data science and climate/crop modelling, including web mapping, 3D visualisation and analysis of climate model and crop production data.

Eligibility

MSc/MTech/ME/MCA in computer science, information technology, atmospheric science, geomatics, geoinformatics, AI/ML, data science or equivalent with first class or OGPA above 7.5 from a recognised university. Candidates with a 3 year bachelor's degree must additionally hold UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET, MHRD-GATE qualification or a PhD in a related discipline.

Fellowship / pay

Rs. 35,000 per month + 24% HRA for the 1st and 2nd year; Rs. 42,000 per month + 24% HRA for the 3rd, 4th and 5th year. Maximum age 35 years (relaxation as applicable).
