Project Assistant, Management at IIM Lucknow

About the position

IIM Lucknow invites applications for one contractual Senior Research Assistant position in the Information Technology & Systems Area, working under Dr Ashutosh Jha. The role involves assisting the faculty member with research work including literature reviews, research design, data collection and analysis, and academic writing. The appointment is for an initial period of six months, extendable based on performance and institute requirements.

Eligibility

Postgraduate degree with a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates should have an excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including a Postgraduate degree in Management, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or related subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode. Desirable: proficiency in Excel, R/Python and/or NVivo, and prior research experience such as supporting a research publication process or having published research papers.

Fellowship / pay

Consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 50,000 plus HRA as per applicable norms.
