About the position

IUCAA, Pune invites applications for its Post-Doctoral Programme for 2026-2027. The programme covers astronomy and astrophysics research areas. Positions include the Vaidya-Raychaudhuri, Regular, Non-IUCAA Funded and Project Post-Doctoral Positions. One listed project is on forming galaxies in the first few hundred million years (NINJA simulations), under Prof. R. Srianand.

• The form is for those qualifying in JEST and/or CSIR-UGC NET exam.
• JEST / CSIR-UGC NET exam information must be provided.
• Ph.D. details and thesis information are required.
• Minimum 3 referees are required.
• Project applicants must include a brief statement on their suitability for the project.
