Project Associate-I (PA-I), Chemical Engineering at CSIR-CSMCRI Bhavnagar

About the position

CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar invites applications for one Project Associate-I post. The post is in an industry (IOCL) sponsored project, CLP 1232. The project is titled "Development of hollow fiber membrane for CO2 separation from biogas and PSA off gas". The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Technology from a recognized university.
• Age limit: 35 years. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Women as per Government of India/CSIR instructions.
• Final semester/year students awaiting results are not eligible.
• Total engagement of project staff in CSIR labs must not exceed 6 years.

Fellowship / pay

• (a) Rs. 31,000 + HRA for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET (including lectureship/assistant professorship) or GATE, or national level examinations conducted by Central Government departments such as DBT/DST or equivalent and their agencies/institutions.
• (b) Rs. 25,000 + HRA for others.
• HRA as per Government of India rules applicable to CSIR employees.
• No TA/DA for attending the interview.
