About the position
BRIC-NABI Mohali is recruiting one Project Associate I for the project "Lignin valorization via biomaterial development, depolymerization and green technology" (GAP-27 CIAB). The post is under Principal Investigator Dr. Jayeeta Bhaumik (Scientist E) in the Food and Nutritional Biotechnology division.

Eligibility
Master's degree from a recognised University/Institute in Chemistry (Organic/Physical/Materials/Medicinal/Pharmaceutical)/Biotechnology/Nanotechnology/Microbiology/Food Technology or related field, or M.Pharm/M.S.Pharm, or M.E./M.Tech (Biotechnology/Nanotechnology). National-level exam qualification is not required for this Project Associate I option. Desired experience in agro waste/biomass valorization and process development of biomaterial. Age limit 28 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PD and women candidates as per GOI instructions.
Fellowship / pay
Rs. 30,000 per month for Project Associate I (without national exam qualification) plus HRA or hostel facility if available.
