Research Associate (RA), Pharmacology or Biotechnology at CSIR-IIIM Jammu

About the position

CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM), Jammu invites walk-in applications for Project Scientist-II (Position Code 07), listed here as Research Associate. The post is for pharmacology or biotechnology. It is under the CSIR-IIIM ULIP project "Prospecting Biodiversity for Drug Discovery and Sustainable Development IIIM-BD (MLP002622)". One position is available.

Eligibility

• Essential: Doctoral degree in Pharmacology or Biotechnology, with at least 7 years of R&D experience.
• Desirable: Experience in establishing research facilities and conducting preclinical development and validation studies. Demonstrated expertise in pharmacology supported by publications, patents and independently funded research projects. Expertise in safety pharmacology and PK-PD.
• Upper age limit: 45 years, as on the date of interview. Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.

Fellowship / pay

• ₹78,000/- + HRA.
• HRA is paid only if institutional accommodation is not availed or provided.
