Research Associate (RA-I), Life Sciences at NIAB Hyderabad

About the position

BRIC-National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad has invited applications for one Research Associate-I post in Life Sciences. The post is under a DBT-funded project on identifying heat stress-specific biomarkers to develop a biosensor for high yielding dairy animals. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Pankaj Suman.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Animal Sciences/Veterinary sciences/Life sciences.
• Desirable experience: transcriptional/epigenetic regulation of metabolite or protein regulation, selection of aptamers, generation of monoclonal antibodies will be preferred.
• Age: 35 years.
• Only a Provisional Degree Certificate or Convocation Degree Certificate is accepted as proof of educational qualification.
• Experience certificates must be issued by the Head of the Department/Office.

Fellowship / pay

Rs 47,000 + 24 % HRA (If applicable) as per the DST guidelines.
