Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Electronics and Communication Engineering at Central University of Jammu

About the position

The Central University of Jammu invites applications for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions convertible to PhD. The post is under the Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences. Selected candidates must pursue a PhD and will be registered under the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, mentored by the Centre. PhD rules of the Central University of Jammu apply.

Research areas are wireless communication, space communication, quantum communication and security in space communication.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech. and M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering.
• Valid GATE/NET/NET-JRF.
• Candidates must pursue a PhD under the Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences.

Fellowship / pay

• Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA as per CU Jammu norms (first two years).
• Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA as per CU Jammu norms (third year, if the project continues).
