Research Associate (RA), Operations & Supply Chain Management at IIM Lucknow

About the position

IIM Lucknow invites applications for one contractual Research Associate / Senior Research Associate position. The position is in the Operations & Supply Chain Management Area at the Lucknow campus. The selected candidate will work under Prof. Yash Daultani. The initial tenure is 11 months and may be extended based on performance and institute requirements.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. (completed) with specialization in operations & supply chain management / industrial management / industrial engineering or related domains with quantitative rigor.
• Excellent academic record with First division in PG (preferably M.Tech. / MBA) from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode. B.Tech. at UG level is preferred.
• At least one research paper published in ABDC A / ABS 3 / Clarivate Q1 and above listings in a peer-reviewed international journal.
• Desirable: demonstrated research experience in publishing high-quality papers in reputed journals.
• Desirable: command over Python, including analytics, simulation, optimization, statistical modeling, data analysis and reproducible research workflows.
• Desirable: prior experience in research or consultancy projects.
• Work experience: Ph.D. with a minimum of 3 years of research experience for Senior Research Associate. Ph.D. with a minimum of 2 years of research experience for Research Associate 'A'. Ph.D. for Research Associate 'B'.

Fellowship / pay

Consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, depending on qualifications and post-PhD experience, plus HRA as per applicable norms. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
