Research Associate (RA), Life Sciences at THSTI Faridabad

About the position

BRIC-THSTI, Faridabad, is hiring a Project Research Scientist-II (treated here as Research Associate) in Life Sciences. The post is under a project on RelBE toxin-antitoxin systems in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Ramandeep Singh. One post is open. Work includes recombinant plasmids, M. tuberculosis culture in the BSL-3 lab and cell-based assays.

Eligibility

• PhD (awarded) in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university, with experience in molecular biology/biochemistry/cell biology/animal handling and immunology, supported by research publication(s)/project thesis.
• Age limit: 40 years. Relaxation as per rules.

Fellowship / pay

Rs. 67,000/- plus HRA (monthly consolidated emoluments).
