Research Associate (RA), Life Sciences (Project Research Scientist-I) at THSTI Faridabad

About the position

BRIC-THSTI, Faridabad, invites walk-in applications for one post of Project Research Scientist-I in Life Sciences. The post is under the project on EZH1-knockout iPSC-derived CD19 CAR-NK cells for leukemia. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Amit Awasthi. The post is short-term and tied to the project tenure.

Eligibility

• Post-Graduate degree in any branch of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
• Desirable: experience in mammalian cell culture, iPSC culture and differentiation, CRISPR/Cas9, CAR engineering, lentiviral or retroviral transduction, flow cytometry and immune-cell functional assays.
• Age limit: 35 years.
• Job description: pre-clinical animal studies, cell culture, immunological assays, FACS, cell sorting, data analysis and report writing.

Fellowship / pay

Rs. 56,000/- plus HRA (monthly consolidated emoluments).
