Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Mathematical Sciences at IIT (BHU) Varanasi

About the position

IIT (BHU) Varanasi invites applications for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. The post is under the ANRF-IRG project "Advanced Neural Network-Based Analysis of Selected Mathematical Models in Science and Engineering" (Project no. ANRF/IRG/2025/000423/MS). The project is sanctioned for 36 months. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project. The Principal Investigator is Prof. Rajeev.

Eligibility

• Post-graduation in Mathematics with 55% or above marks (equivalent grade) and NET/GATE or equivalent as per specifications of the funding agency (ANRF).
• Age limit: 28 years. Age relaxation as per Government of India norms.

Fellowship / pay

• Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA for the first two years.
• Rs. 42,000 per month + HRA for the third year.
