Project Assistant (PA), Chemical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur

About the position

IIT Kharagpur invites applications for 1 post of Project Assistant (Technical) in the Chemical Engineering department. The project is on sustainable hydrogen from hybrid biogas reforming using waste derived catalysts (UCP). The Principal Investigator is Nikita Dewangan. The sponsor is Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF). Tenure is 24 months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility

• Essential: Bachelors degree in science / 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
• Desirable: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Research Experience in Catalysis or Reactor Operation is preferred.
• Age limit: 35

Fellowship / pay

Upto Rs.27000 (depending upon qualification & experience). HRA as applicable. Increment of 15% for 3 years of experience with a maximum ceiling of 4 such revisions i.e. up to 12 years of experience. Application fee: NIL.
