Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIT Roorkee

About the position

IIT Roorkee invites applications for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The post is in the project "A novel power-on pilot IC for ultra-low power wireless IoT devices". The Principal Investigator is Prof. Sudeb Dasgupta and the Co-PI is Prof. Anand Bulusu. The project is sponsored by MeitY under the C2S programme (Tier-I). The initial duration is one year or the end of the project.

Eligibility

• Indian nationals only.
• B.E/B.Tech in ECE or Engineering Physics, or equivalent.
• The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of device physics, good knowledge of TCAD tools, and strong programming skills in C/C++/Python/MATLAB/Simulink etc.
• Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.

Fellowship / pay

Rs. 37,000 + HRA (as per institute rules).
