About the position

IIT Guwahati invites applications for one Research Associate post in the Department of Mathematics. The post is in the project "Structural Data, Preserving Insights: Structure-Guided Kernelization for Feedback and Modification Problems in Graphs". The appointment is for 11 months. Eligibility

• Essential: PhD in areas related to Theoretical Computer Science.
• Desirable: Previous work on parameterized algorithms, approximation algorithms, and graph algorithms.

Fellowship / pay

• Pay recommended: Rs. 58000
• HRA: Rs. 11600
• Medical: Rs. 1250
• Total: Rs. 70850
• Duration of appointment: 11 months
• No campus accommodation will be available. No TA/DA will be paid for the test or interview.
