Research Associate (RA), Chemistry at NABI Mohali

About the position

BRIC-NABI Mohali is recruiting one Research Associate for the project "Biomass leachate production for agricultural development" (GAP-110). The post is in the Food and Nutritional Biotechnology division under Principal Investigator Dr. Sasikumar Elumalai (Scientist F). The engagement is purely temporary.

Eligibility

PhD in Chemical Sciences (Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Electrochemistry)/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Agricultural Biotechnology from a recognised University/Institute, with at least one first-author research publication in an SCI journal. Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis in the relevant area are also encouraged to apply; they will be paid SRF salary until successful defence of the thesis. Age limit 35 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PD and women candidates as per GOI instructions.

Fellowship / pay

Rs. 58,000 per month plus HRA, as per DST OM No. DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26.06.2023.
