About the position

BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad, invites walk-in candidates for one Project Research Scientist - I (Non-Medical) post. The post is at the Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA) centre. It is under the project "Sepsis related mortality in neonates in India: A multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional research program for context specific solutions". The post is short-term and linked to the project tenure.

Eligibility

• Essential qualification: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees.
• Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, Epidemiology, Public Health or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• Desirable: Additional qualification or training in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related laboratory discipline.
• Desirable: Experience in clinical research, preferably with biological sample collection, processing, storage, transport and documentation.
• Desirable: Experience in preparing SOPs and study workplans, and coordinating study activities.
• Desirable: Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
• Skills: Computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Good documentation, communication and organisational skills.
