Research Associate (RA), Electronics at IIT Roorkee

About the position

IIT Roorkee invites applications for one Project Scientist post, recorded here as Research Associate, in Electronics. The post is in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering. The Principal Investigator is Prof. Karun Rawat. The project is "Design and implementation of Advance Techniques in Nonlinear Power Amplifiers- Optimizing Size, Weight and Power (SWAP)", sponsored by DRDO, New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Indian nationals only.
• Ph.D. degree or M.Tech./M.E. degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Desirable: at least one research publication in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal or a reputed international conference.
• Desirable: proven research experience in RF circuit design, particularly in areas related to power amplifiers or RF/microwave circuits.
• Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.

Fellowship / pay

• Emoluments: Rs. 56000 + HRA
• Duration: 3 Years (the notice also says 1 year or until the completion of the project)
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
